What I Do
Therapy Services
We offer a wide range of services to meet your personal needs
Immigration
Complete immigration evaluations to support I601-A hardship waivers for spouses as well as assist in cancelation of removal proceedings, asylum cases, etc. by providing exceptionally detailed and supportive documentation to advocate for the immigrant and their family members. Testify in immigration court proceedings as necessary.
Anxiety
Help the client normalize healthy anxiety while identifying triggers that increase or exacerbate their anxiety and make changes to choose healthier ways to manage and cope with their anxiety.
Evaluations for Alcohol and Drugs
Complete an evaluation in order to identify the underlying reasons for alcohol and drug use and to make a recommendation for treatment if necessary. Through treatment, the client will be guided to challenge and change harmful patterns, etc.
Depression
Help the client uncover the root cause of why they feel the way they do. Then transform their current issue and help the client move forward with a new set of more beneficial and positive beliefs.
Mental Health Disorders
Evaluate and assess symptoms, patterns, and history in order to rule out any disorders or better identify the disorder in order to determine the best course of treatment.
PTSD
Assist the client in identifying and processing their trauma history, provide psychoeducation to address any shame or guilt that may be lingering, and advocate for a healthy and safe environment and relationships to achieve optimal symptom relief.
Trauma
Not everyone who experiences trauma develops PTSD. Processing one’s trauma history is however beneficial in order to process any unresolved thoughts and feelings, identify any maladaptive patterns of coping that cause challenges in the day-to-day, and gain awareness and insight to prevent future trauma without living in fear or worry.
